Capture and Share #25 - Old Scarlett

A snippet of one of the photos I captured at Peterborough Cathedral's night time photography evening.  Old Scarlett, the Tudor gravedigger who lived to 98.  He said he buried three queens, Queen Catherine of Aragon (Henry VIII's first wife), Mary Queen of Scots and his own wife.

  1. A bit of history I didn't know. Cool picture. xo Diana

  2. How wonderful he thought of his wife as a queen! That picture conjures up thrillingly spooky thoughts.

  3. So interesting that he buried those queens - and how sweet that his wife was queen to him.

Thank you so much for visiting, I love reading your comments and will answer either by email or on the blog. You can also email me privately in my side bar. Have a great day x
