Hi Chel, oh how I wish it was like that here! We are expected 6 to 10 inches of snow tonight and schools will probably be closed again! I love this shot so pretty and peaceful. Take care. Julie
I get so upset when I see the pictures on the news of the flooding down south. And then the weather forecasters tell us we're to get a month's worth of rain in the next 3 days. Will it ever end?
Lovely photo Chel...:) The hubby and I have been talking about taking our boat out this weekend. We are supposed to have beautiful weather...I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Have a blessed Thursday....Vicky
Definitely great weather for swans, I have seen loads of them on the flooded fields around us that have turned into lakes. I think that the swans think they have found some amazing new wetlands or something! I hope that you are dry and safe. xx
Thank you so much for visiting, I love reading your comments and will answer either by email or on the blog. You can also email me privately in my side bar. Have a great day x
I'm Chel, a proud Londoner now living in Lincolnshire blogging about the everyday, no matter what the weather! I share my life with my two teens and our rescue dog Tia. I love photography, crafts, gardening, cooking and going on trips here and there (London especially!). Grab yourself a cup of tea and share with me my ramblings. As my Grandad used to say, "So, where shall we go on our journey today?" let's see...

Really, there are no words for the flooding and havoc in SW England. It's making the news here on the west coast of Canada. Such a winter!

ReplyDeletePretty picture, but it is sad about the floods and all the people affected.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful scene, Chel. So sad about the flooding, though. Such a terrible time for all those affected. Sending prayers. xo Karen

ReplyDeleteThe photo is lovely but I wish you didn't have so much water everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI heard that there has been so much rain and flooding in the UK. I hope you are not too affected. Pretty picture of all the reflections in the water.
ReplyDeleteMaybe for yachts or was it too windy for them?

ReplyDeleteSigh. I want to be there. How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI guess boats feel like they've been freed since we use them in streets lately!
ReplyDeleteI hope that things have calmed down a bit where you are. This has been a very tough winter for too many bloggers.
